Business Hours are 8:00am-6:30pm
EST Monday-Friday. Please feel free to leave your order or
questions on the voicemail after hours.
New
Customers: We offer immediate open account convenience
to jewelers/watchmakers rated 1 or 2 in Jewelers Board of Trade.
For non-rated customers please request a credit application
which we will process as soon as possible. Non-rated customers
may also pay by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Payment
Terms: For open accounts payment is expected NET
30 days from date of invoice.
Backorders:
We will backorder all items on the original order unless otherwise
specified. All backorders will be held 2 weeks or combined
with new orders.
Merchandise
Returned for Credit: Please send all returns with
the original invoice number and date of invoice. Credit will
not be issued without this information. A 15% restocking fee
may be assessed to returns due to customer ordering error.
There are no returns on the following items:
- No returns on special orders
- No returns on electronic parts if the package has been
opened
- No returns after 30 days
